The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 283 of 2021 lodged under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C.

Vide order dated 12.05.2022 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner imposing a condition upon him that: "after release of the petitioner, an affidavit is required to be filed on his behalf giving details of the owner of the vehicle, as to how he is connected with the trade of liquor, name

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said affidavit in compliance of order dated 12.05.2022 was filed on 23.05.2022 before the Trial Court as well as before this Court, in which every detail about the ownership of the truck and others have been given which is annexed as flag-T. In this background the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.05.2022 is hereby confirmed. Learned counsel for the State has no objection on this bail.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
