The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 476 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 19.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that she was sitting in the vehicle wherefrom arms were seized.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
