2. From perusal of the record, it appears that on 21.03.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner undertook that he will remove the defect pointed out by the office within four weeks but almost one year and nine months have gone by but the said defects have not been removed as yet.

3. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 21.03.2022 passed by this Court.
