2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 109 of the BNSS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner allegedly started firing gunshot indiscriminately from the rooftop of his house, as a result of which, the informant received firearm injury below his right armpit and was taken to the hospital.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He further submits that admittedly there is land dispute between the parties. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29656 of 2025(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 petition. He submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and the specific allegation of firing gunshot is against this petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, this application is dismissed.
