====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Roushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the written report. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other named accused came to the house of the informant and abused the informant and her daughter. They assaulted the informant and her daughter with fists and slaps.

It is further alleged that husband of the informant did not return in the night of 30.01.2019. In course of search, the informant found the dead body of her husband in the well on next day. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with other accused has committed murder of her husband and threw his dead body in the well.

In this manner, mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Distt. Gaya, in connection with Roushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
