The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 1522.41 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection
