Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Md. Nurul. As a matter of fact, the victim herself fell down from the Baramda and sustained injuries. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28061 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
