Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence under sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in trade of stolen motorcycle.
