2. The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for restoration of order dated 24.04.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Rev. No. 39 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited in total 50 % of the payable amount in the account of the O.P. No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 accepts the same.

5. Learned counsel for the Bank also present and produced the statement of account before this Court.

6. In this view of the matter that the said amount has
