The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 210 of 2019 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 for the offence under Section 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in the business of stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
