The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No.644 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that when she came out from the Civil Court, she found that someone put stick in the hole of key of her scooty to commit theft of her scooty bearing registration No.BR-01DF-7622.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing was stolen. The co-accused who disclosed the name of the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail by the learned C.J.M., Madhepura.

No.25581 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.644 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
