The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.05.2015 passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, whereby and whereunder permit which was granted to the petitioner vide Permit No.733/13 for the route Meena Bazar to Jehanabad has been cancelled on the ground that the petitioner has obtained the permit by producing forged document and he has not deposited the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10117 of 2015 dt.23-06-2017 2/2 tax amount of Rs.1,44,412/-.

There is an alternative forum where the petitioner can raise his grievance. Let the petitioner file an application before the Motor Vehicle Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. If such an application is filed, the Motor Vehicle Tribunal will look into the grievance of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law. The Tribunal while considering the question of limitation will take into consideration the pendency of this case before this Court. 4.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
