JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the Assistant Inspector General (Registration), Patna Division, Patna by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of 4 weeks from today before the Appellate Authority, the same shall be decided on merits without the Appellate Authority being impeded by the issue of limitation and till the final order is passed by the Appellate Authority, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
