JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadwa P. S. Case No. 156 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made against these two petitioners that they assaulted three persons including two ladies causing injuries on their vital part of the bodies, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58355 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
