The petitioner seeks bail in Khidi More P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B), 120(B), 201, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not family members of husband of the deceased. It is alleged in the written report that marriage of daughter of informant was performed with Manish Paswan. The informant was informed about death of his daughter (since deceased) on 25.1.2015 by father-in-law of his daughter. On receiving such information, he went to sasural of his daughter, but did not find her dead body. The second son of Kaleshwar

Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the First Information Report.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Se4ssions Judge-VI, Danapur, in connection with Khidi More P.S.
