The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in custody. He further submits that petitioner is sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
