In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance that order dated 24.6.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10625 of 2012 has not been complied with.
It will be relevant to quote the aforesaid order: " Heard learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.2058 of 2015 (2) dt.25-05-2017 and the State.
Counsel for the parties are agreed that the claims are covered by an order dated 8.05.2012 in CWJC No. 8730 of 2012 and analogous cases.
In view of the order dated 08.05.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8730 of 2012 and its analogous cases, this court directs that the University shall accept the fees and forms of the students of the petitioner/institutions in the like manner.
The University is expected to file its counter affidavit in the meantime.
List along with CWJC No. 8730 of 2012 and analogous cases."
It appears this Court has granted interim protection and writ petition itself has been disposed of. In such view of the matter, this application has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
