2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ekangar Sarai P.S. Case No. 21/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109(1)/303(2)/351(2)/ 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi and iron-rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.29463 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,-1, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangar Sarai P.S. Case No. 21/2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS.
