The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
According to F.I.R., the petitioner is one of the assailants of the son of the informant by causing fire arm injury. Others also allegedly fired at the deceased. Prosecution evidence is going on. The evidence of the doctor reveals that the doctor has found at least two separate wounds of entry and exit. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2020.
Considering the nature of material and the fact that the trial is in progress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner
