2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63, 65 of the Copyright Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 810 pieces of fake Fevikwiks were recovered from the stationery shop of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner runs a grocery shop and salesman used to provide the grocery items including Fevikwiks in his shop. Petitioner has got no knowledge about genuineness

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
