The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 277/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354(A)/379/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and the petitioners are Gotias and there is land dispute as a result of which there was some altercation resulting in case and counter case with injuries on both the sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the case filed by the informant of this case is but an afterthought whereas the case filed by the petitioner and his family is of the same date. He thus submits that the petitioner may be extended the

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 277/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
