The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No.411 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one loaded Katta and one cartridge. .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 28.12.2018 and the charge sheet has been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.30560 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No.411 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
