2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2022 and she has been killed in the month of October, 2023 i.e., within a year of the marriage. The petitioner is said to have tortured the deceased for dowry and she has also participated in the brutal murder of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
