2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 08.05.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Barh in connection with S.T. No.619 of 2015, Complaint Case No.156(C) of 2013 by which prosecution witness No.4 Rajneesh Kumar is ordered to be recalled for his re-examination on the point of said document dated 19.06.2012 on the cost of Rs.500/- which will paid by the complainant to the accused.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.
