Patna High Court CWJC No.8369 of 2022 dt.14-07-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law, including initiating proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and/or filing an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal/approaching the respondent Bank. Permission granted.

We are sure that as and when any such proceedings are initiated, before the appropriate forum/Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
