JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Since revision of pension is the duty of the Bank from where pensioner is getting his pension in terms of the clear directive and standing instruction of the Finance Department, Government of Bihar, it is the duty of the petitioner to approach the concerned Bank for revision of pension and it is obligatory upon the said Branch Manager of the Bank to do the needful within a period of three months thereof.

Writ stands disposed of in terms of the above direction.
