Patna High Court CWJC No.12709 of 2021(6) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 ration card has been rejected.
This application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
It is observed that if an appeal is preferred within four weeks from today before the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, it is expected that the appeal is disposed of within the time stipulated under the Bihar Targetted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
