JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 26-06-2024 The present M.J.C. is filed for non compliance of order of this Court issued on 25.04.2019. It is reliably learnt that petitioner's grievance in respect of joining her service was undertaken by the concerned official respondents in the month of February, 2024. There is enormous delay in complying the
Patna High Court MJC No.1336 of 2023(3) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 order of this Court. For having belatedly complying orders after about four years and few months, the respondents are liable to pay cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the petitioner within period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order.
2. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 1336 of 2023 / contempt petition stands dropped.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not been paid monetary benefits. In this regard, the petitioner is permitted to approach the concerned authority by filing a detail representation for which period the petitioner is entitled to arrears of salary and other service benefits, if any. If such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation/application.
