There being certain delay in filing of the restoration application, I.A. No. 2627 of 2016 has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the application. It is submitted that the father of the petitioner was seriously ill and therefore he was undergoing treatment at

Patna High Court MJC No.1078 of 2016 (3) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Varanasi and the petitioner was required to attend his father and hence there is delay in making the application. Keeping in view the reasons indicated, the delay is condoned. I.A. No. 2627 of 2016 and the restoration application also are allowed.

Civil Review No. 418 of 2013 is restored to its original file.
