====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.180 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner, who was the Convener of Customer Service Centre, Chamtha Bazar, is that several complaints against him were made about misappropriating the money of several customers. Thereafter, inquiry was made, then it was detected that in between 30.08.2019 to 04.09.2019, the petitioner had misappropriated about Rs.20 lacs by committing fraud.

No.25771 of 2020(9) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while it has come that the petitioner had misappropriated the amount about Rs.20 lacs of 130 customers but, in course of investigation, the statements of only few customers have been recorded. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.03.2020. On investigation, the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.180 of 2019. Out of the two sureties, one must be either parents or the close relative of the petitioner.
