Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. As a matter of fact, the victim girl has been recovered and she in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has admitted that she left her hosue with her sweet will and has solemnized marriage with Pappu Kumar and has not stated anything
