The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No.56F of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13 and 14 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and Sections 41 and 42 of the India Forest Act, 1927.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
