Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The writ petition stands disposed off in the following agreed terms.

As the only grievance remaining of the petitioner relates to counting of her service after the break period being regularized, learned counsel for the State agrees that if representation in this regard is filed by the petitioner within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the competent authority after giving personal hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law within the next three weeks. It has further been agreed that if any revision has to be made relating to pension and gratuity, necessary sanction order shall also be issued within two weeks thereafter and forwarded to the Accountant General. Learned counsel for the Accountant General agrees that within two weeks of receipt of such sanction order, necessary authority shall also be issued.

The State authorities agree that upon issuance of necessary authority in favour of the petitioner, actual payment shall also be credited to her account within the next three weeks. If the petitioner feels that any of her remaining admissible dues still remain, it shall be open to her to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
