2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76153 of 2024.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, the present modification petition is allowed.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 11.12.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is granted liberty to surrender and furnish the bail bond as directed earlier within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
