Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered under sections 353 and 188 IPC.

The allegation is that several accused persons numbering 400 on account of a death occurring in the village had blocked the road and also burnt tyres.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Several other accused persons who are named in the FIR have been blessed with the privilege of anticipatory bail. Reference in this regard is made to the orders at Annexures-2 and 3. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2976 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. As soon as the charges are framed, he shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law.
