1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this mandamus or other appropriate writ/writs the petitioners are seeking indulgence for issuance of direction to the respondents for making selection of the petitioner on the post of Kishan Salahkar in their Panchayat of concern District for there they applied and process of selection/appointment is pending Government Level since long as per Advertisement no.633

Patna High Court CWJC No.8405 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 dated 09.10.2014."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to rely on an order dated 03/06.01.2022, passed in CWJC No.6320 of 2020 and submits that the present petition be disposed off in similar terms inasmuch as by the said order, the respondents have merely been directed to complete the recruitment process initiated pursuant to advertisement dated 09.10.2014, for making appointments on the post of Krishi Salahkar.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present petition in terms of the aforesaid order dated 03/06.01.2022, passed in CWJC No.6320 of 2020. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Saurav/- U
