The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 353 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of hindrance in discharging the official duties by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. From perusal of para-3 of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has five criminal antecedents, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
