Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.
Learned counsel for the State agrees that the remaining 10% of the gratuity of the petitioner has now been allowed and necessary sanction order shall be issued and sent to the Accountant General for issuance of authority slip within one month from today.
Learned counsel for the Accountant General agrees that upon receipt of the sanction order, necessary authority slip shall be issued in favour of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. It is further agreed by the respondents that payment required to be made in terms of the revised authority slip shall be made to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Further, the petitioner shall be at liberty to represent to the authority concerned with regard to any remaining admissible dues, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
