The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.C. No.1194 of 2019 (arising out of Complaint Case No.654C/2012) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 for the offence under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband and earlier the opposite party filed a complaint case No.702C of 2012, under Sections 494, 323, 504, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019.

No.29927 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of complainant and he is in custody since 30.01.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with S.C. No.1194 of 2019 (arising out of Complaint Case No.654C/2012) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018.
