Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is brother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2020. Submission is that petitioner is victim of over implication. He has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased.

Considering the submission aforesaid as well as grant of bail to some other co-accused by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32129 of 2020(6) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barh Police Station Case No.165 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
