Mr. Bishwa Bibhuti Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ara Municipal Corporation submitted that petitioner no. 1 has not deposited a sum of Rs. 2,40,457/- out of Rs. 3,57,000/- and similarly, petitioner no. 2 has not deposited Rs. 5,00,000/- as has been informed in 'Annexure-6 to the writ petition' and no interference is required by this Court as the petitioners have not been able to make out a case that the corporation has not been put at any loss. He further submits that petitioners are also not interested to press the present writ petition as no one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I don't find that petitioners deserve the relief(s) as claimed for in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition.
