JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 30-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 17.06.2025 has been sent by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad to this Court, wherein he has annexed a report dated 16.06.2025 of the Inspector of Police-cum-Officer InCharge, Madanpur Police Station, Aurangabad. In the said report dated 16.06.2025, it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely Dashrath Singh @ Dashrath Singh Rawani, has died and in proof thereof, his death certificate dated 15.02.2023, issued by the Sub-Registrar (Birth & Death), Grama Panchayat Chein Nawada, has been annexed, wherein the date of death of the appellant herein has been depicted as 23.01.2023.

2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.529 of 1999(3) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.529 of 1999, stands abated.
