====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 134 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is main assailant of the case.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner opened fire on brother of the informant namely Shivendra Prasad (Mukhiya) causing injury to his temporal region, on account of which, he died on the spot.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and submitted that evidence in the case has already been closed and the case is fixed for argument.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order since the case is fixed for argument.
