No.110 of 2022(3) dt.17-07-2025 2/2 the State of Bihar and others) and connected matters reported in 2022(2) B.L.J. 381 and the judgement dated 7.3.2022, passed in CWJC No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi and others Vs The State of Bihar and others), wherein the Hon'ble Court has observed that this matter is covered by the aforesaid judgement, although it is not covered by said judgement.
