Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that charges have been framed, trial has commenced and then submits that not a single witness has been examined. 3.

Learned APP, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, submits that since charges have been framed and trial has commenced, as such the Court, at this stage, should not interfere in the trial.

Considering the submission made by learned APP, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application and the same is rejected.

Accordingly, the quashing application is dismissed.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
