JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondents to remove encroachment from the Gairmazarua Aam land bearing Khata No.-556, Plot No.-2000, having area 165 acres situated at village- "Harnahi" under District-Muzaffarpur over which private respondents have encroached by constructing "HUT" or pucca house upon the said land, due to which ingress and outguess of the public as well as petitioner have been fully obstructed and further to pass any other order or orders to which petitioner found entitled to."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Motipur, District-Muzaffapur, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
