3. The show cause of the opposite party is on record by which vide an order dated 22.04.2025, the Executive Engineer Works Division, East Champaran has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
