2. The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 26.08.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2932 of 2013.

3. A show cause/supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite parties have been filed and learned State Counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-B to the supplementary show cause which is the certificate granted by the petitioner herself that she has received the G.P.F. amount of Rs. 97,268/- and the Group Insurance payment of Rs. 26,630/-through the State Bank of India, Muzaffarpur Branch.

4. Learned State Counsel has further taken this Court to another letter issued by the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Muzaffarpur (East) dated

Patna High Court MJC No.4218 of 2016(12) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 23.10.2019 to show that request was made to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to clear the gratuity as also the pension amount and it is his submission that to the best of his knowledge, the gratuity has been paid and the pension amount is being released.
