Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurai P.S. case no. 172 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. It is further submitted that there has been love affairs between the daughter of the informant and Mukesh Sahni for which case was also registered and statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. case no. 811 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48600 of 2018(2) dt.25-08-2018 2/3 and as a counter blast this case has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further pointed out that similarly situated co accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 3.5.18 passed in Cr. Misc no. 25403 of 2018 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Aurai P.S. case no. 172 of 2017, G. R.No. 5041 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-cum Sub Judge-XIV, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

(3) if petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for
