Mehta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as Mr. Kumar Ganesh Gunjan, learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 710 of 2019, registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant submit that in this case the dispute, in between the petitioner and informant, has already been resolved amicably and both entered into agreement, which is part of the supplementary affidavit and both have no further grievance to each other.

Case No. 710 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
